The whole experience with Club Scooter in Diderot is super amazing. The bikes are in mint condition. I had fun discovering Paris and Versailles. Will definitely do it again if I'm back to Paris. The staffs are very helpful and resourceful, providing clear guidelines and some excellent tips. Highly recommended for Bikers.

I did not end up renting a scooter after all because we had a motorcycle booked but then had to cancel just days before our trip due to an injury. But my review is about the extreme patience and kindness of the customer service staff. We did not speak by phone but must have emailed back and forth 20 times due to the time difference with the U.S. and my work schedule...and my many questions LOL. They always responded and did not hesitate to answer any questions, always direct and positive. It took probably two to three weeks of inquiring and getting the proper licenses to finally book the motorcycle (since there are more restrictions and requirements vs. renting a scooter) only just to have to cancel. But they were very understanding. And willing to speak English which was helpful. Definitively get up to speed with what is available and the rules and restrictions about the rentals on their Website and confirm with them by phone or email what you're interested in. I imagine they are more than helpful in person as well. If we are in Paris again or another place they are located we will try to book with them again once cleared to ride again!
I had best experience ever. Very nice, easy going, knowledgeable staff. Motorcycles in great condition. Easy to get in. Paris is different when you observe it from the motorcycle!

Tout simplement parfait ! de la resa par téléphone à la remise du scooter en parfait état ; des pros !! ... ca fait plaisir . Gros point positif : proximité de la gare de LYON ( à pied 5 minutes ) et pouvoir rendre le scooter le dimanche soir avant notre TGV dans un parking sous la gare en sécurité ; il n' y a pas mieux !!! Très satisfait du service rendu. La Honda 125cc correspondait parfaitement à mon besoin et y a répondu. Les interlocuteurs ont été à l’écoute et disponibles pour échanger comme convenu pour le retour au parking. Bonne organisation tout en restant simple. Je ferai à nouveau appel aux services de cette entreprise.
